Registration is at the Yarnell Fire Station located at 22558 Looka Way, Yarnell, AZ 85362
RV's and Trailer parking proceed to 21973 S State Route 89 across from U Stow It, then to registration
Friday RV's proceed to Gilligans at 22635 S State Route 89

MAIN POINTS ALL GUESTS

1. PLEASE be patient upon arrival and on each destination there are over 125 utv's and we are all small businesses with limited staff but can accommodate everyone.
2. You can buy water and supplies at Dollar General 3 blocks from Gilligans
3. Upon arrival to Gilligans from your final stops on the poker run, groups will be split up between Gilligans and The American Legion for the parties and food. Both locations will have LIVE MUSIC
4. All camping areas will be manned upon registration to park all overnight guests
5. Dry camping Tents or RVS are allowed from FRIDAY-MONDAY
6. Fuel is available 3 miles past gilligan's going North in Peeples Valley at Mountainaire Gas Station (Chevron)
7. Breakfast will be available on Saturday morning at the Fire Station
8. We will have 40 overnight spots total between our 4 acre parcel and above the American Legion
9. All maps will be handed out at registration
10. We will have gold panning on stop 4 at the Yarnell Mine

FRIDAY DRY CAMP ARRIVALS

1. Arrive at gilligans after 10:00am and we will send you out to your dry camping areas.
2. Early arrivals will be registered on the arrival day and you will be free to leave anytime Saturday for your stops after 10 am from the Fire Station (Stop 1)

GUESTS ARRIVING FOR SATURDAY ONLY

1. You can proceed directly to the North end of town (HWY 89 across from U STOW IT) to the 4 acres a concierge will park you there AND THEN UNLOAD YOUR RIGS AND PROCEED TO THE FIRE STATION FOR REGISTRATION

YARNELL POKER RUN will be an amazing day, with some amazing stops, all to benefit a great cause. The run will start at 8 am and will feature 5 stops for card pick ups and raffle tickets. We will use a conventional scorecard that will be imprinted with the card you have drawn at each stop. You will have the opportunity for 1 card re buy on the trail to try and make a better hand. The highest 2 hands and the lowest hand at the end of the run will receive the top 3 prizes. We will offer a 50/50 raffle and an array of prizes and giveaways from our sponsors. UTVAZ will provide staging for trucks and trailers on a 2 acre graded two tier piece of property behind the American Legion in Yarnell. Upon completion of the run all UTV's will arrive at Gilligans Pizza & Bar for their final card and the finale of the event, Gilligans will have great specials and live music onsite.

ALL RIDERS CAN LEAVE THE AMERICAN LEGION STARTING AT 10 AM

FINALE STARTS AT 6PM AT GILLIGANS YARNELL

THE BASICS:

For an entry fee each person gets a scorecard and runs a preset route with 5 stops or checkpoints. At each checkpoint there is a person with a full deck of cards in a bag. The participant then has to pull a random card out of the bag and have it marked on their score card and continue on to the next checkpoint. At the final checkpoint all the scorecards are collected up and the persons with the top 2 best hands and the person with the worst hand will win the 3 cash prizes. 100% of the entry and card % will go to WeDevelop for charity! 50/50 raffle - 50% to winner and 50% to WeDevelop for charity.
