Registration is in Yarnell, Arizona. The current ride information lists Gilligans Pizza & Bar and the Yarnell Fire Station for arrival and check-in. Follow the latest event instructions for your assigned check-in location.
Truck and trailer staging is at the north end of town, across from U Stow It, at 21973 S State Route 89. Check in with the parking team before unloading, then proceed to registration. Gilligans Pizza & Bar is at 22635 S State Route 89.
Ride-day schedule
The published ride details list registration from 9 AM, rider release from 10 AM, and the finale around 5 PM at Gilligans. Times are flexible. Use your event registration confirmation for the latest check-in time.
How the poker run works
Collect a card at each of five stops along the route. Your scorecard records your hand. Return to Gilligans for your final card and turn in your completed scorecard. The two highest hands and the lowest hand receive the main prizes. A card trade may be offered on the trail; confirm the rules at registration.
Parking, RVs & dry camping
Dry camping for tents and RVs is listed from Friday through Monday. Follow staff directions to your camping area. Friday arrivals may check in at Gilligans after 10 AM. Confirm available space and arrival arrangements before traveling.
Earlier event information describes several staging parcels and up to 40 overnight spaces. Parking locations and capacity can change between events; check your current event instructions.
Supplies, fuel & food
Water and supplies are available at Dollar General in Yarnell. The published ride details list fuel at Mountainaire Chevron in Peeples Valley, approximately three miles north of Gilligans. Start with enough fuel for the route. Breakfast has been offered at the Fire Station; check the current event schedule for availability.
Please be patient at check-in and each stop. Local restaurants and businesses are serving many riders with small teams. Enjoy the scenery and give everyone time to help your group.

The finale & the cause
Finish at Gilligans Pizza & Bar for the final card, prizes and celebration. The run features sponsor giveaways and a 50/50 raffle.
WeDevelop is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting youth, veterans and the local community. Published run information states that entry and card proceeds benefit WeDevelop, with the 50/50 raffle split between the winner and the charity.
